We love how easy it is to use the Cosori 12-in-1 Air Fryer Toaster Oven. It cooks exceptionally well and with 12 built-in functions, is versatile enough to tackle almost any meal. The best part is the price. Comparable air fryers from other brands are around $100 more expensive.

Accessories for the 12-in-1 Air Fryer
Being a larger, toaster oven air fryer, the unit comes with several accessories. But it is missing one accessory we wish it had.

Missing a Temperature Probe
I really wish it came with a built-in temperature probe. But alas, it does not. If it did, you could dial in your proteins to the perfect amount of doneness. That’s probably the only thing that is missing from the unit. They probably left it out to be able to sell the device at the desired price point, which, admittedly, is very attractive!
All Racks Support Their Own Weight
Another thing we like about the Cosori 12 in 1 Air Fryer Toaster Oven is that you don’t have to position the air fryer basket or the food tray onto the wire rack. You can insert all three at the same time if you’d like. Each is independently capable of being inserted and supporting itself in the oven.
Capabilities of the Cosori 12 in 1 Air Fryer Toaster Oven
A very capable unit, the Cosori 12 in 1 Air Fryer Toaster Oven has 12 pre-programmed cook functions: Preheat, Air Fry, Bake, Toast, Roast, Broil, Keep Warm, Dehydrate, Pizza, Slow Cook, Defrost, and Ferment.
Here are the default pre-sets for each function:

Keep in mind that these are the default presets. You can fully customize your times and temperatures. Additionally, each preset can be programmed to have new default values for both the time and temperature. And while the fan is off by default for everything but the Air Fry and Dehydrate features, you can manually turn it on anytime you desire.
We love how this air fryer toaster oven is capable of frying a lot at one time versus smaller air fryers.
The air fryer basket is quite large. But in a pinch, you can air fry using the basket and the wire rack or the basket and the food tray. It is large enough to use both at once. But you may want to rotate the position of your food about half way for a more even cook. Doing it this way, you can air fry an entire (cut up) chicken in one go!
If you need to cook frozen pizzas, you can easily insert a standard-sized 12-inch frozen pizza in this oven. And the results are great! The 6 heating elements do a great job cooking the pizza evenly.
I didn’t test the ferment feature. According to the documentation, you can use it to make your own yogurt. But I don’t care too much for yogurt myself nor was I brave enough to attempt it for the purposes of writing this Cosori 12-in-1 Air Fryer Toaster Oven review.
The Results
Daisy Chaining Cook Commands with the VeSync App
One of my favorite features of Cosori Air Fryers is their adoption of the VeSync mobile app. You can use it to daisy chain, or stack, cook commands on smart-enabled Cosori devices. For example, if you want to cook frozen hamburger patties, you can stack the defrost and air fry commands to cook them in one go.
How to Use the Cosori 12-in-1 Air Fryer Toaster Oven
Using this Cosori device is easy and intuitive:
Step 1: Press the power button to turn on the Cosori 12-in-1 Air Fryer Toaster Oven.
Step 2: Rotate the control knob to select your desired cook function.
Step 3: Press the control knob to confirm the selection.
Step 4 (optional): Each cook function will have a default time and temperature. To adjust the default settings, press the TEMP/TIME button. Then rotate the control knob to select your desired temp. Press TEMP/TIME again and the time will begin flashing. Rotate the control knob to select the desired time.
Step 5: Press the Start button to begin cooking.
It’s easy to change the default settings on a permanent basis. In step 4 above, once you have selected your time or temp setting, just press and hold the control knob for 5 seconds. The Cosori will beep to confirm the change has been made.

The Bottom Line
12 built-in cooking presets, excellent cooking ability, at a price that’s $100 less than other brands… what’s not to like? We wish it had a temperature probe. If that’s important to you, go with the Ninja DT251 instead but be prepared to spend another $100.
