If you’re into baking, you’ll love that this air fryer oven can easily fit a 9 x 13-inch pan. Although, I should mention that my 9 x 13 Pyrex with 1-inch handles doesn’t fit.

What does this mean for you?
With this function, you can combine two cooking presets or different temperature settings consecutively.

You can use this function at 200ºF – 450ºF (93ºC – 232ºC) and roast your dish for up to 2 hours. However, the default setting for this function is 375°F (190ºC) and 45 minutes. You can adjust the time and temperature based on your recipe.
Similarly, the Slow Cook program of Cuisinart TOA 95 will be handy for achieving tender and juicy meals effortlessly. To achieve the same results as a stand-alone slow cooker, put the ingredients in an ovenproof dish with the sauce up to one-third of the way. Then, cover with aluminum foil or an oven-safe lid.

Another preset to highlight is the Proof function, with a default time of 45 minutes and a temperature of 90ºF (32ºC). You can adjust the settings from 80°F – 100°F (27ºC – 37ºC) and the time for up to 2 hours. As a result, you can further elevate your baking goods without breaking a sweat!
Don’t forget to put the freshly made dough into a glass or stainless steel mixing bowl, then cover loosely with plastic wrap.

Is Cuisinart TOA-95 easy to use?
This Oven Air Fryer hallmarks a digital LCD display, intuitive preset buttons, and two turn dials. I was confused about how to operate it at first because of the combination of dials and buttons that must be manipulated to set the cooking program. You’ll want to keep the user manual handy initially, but you’ll get the hang of it quickly.
Let’s first focus on the buttons.
The Start/Stop Button has an indicator light when cooking is in progress. Next, you’ll find the AirFry preset button, Slow Cook button, Preheat button, Keep Warm control, and Dual Cook Button. These buttons help apply the default settings for each function so you can leave the guesswork out of the way.
On the other hand, the Fan Speed and Defrost buttons improve certain functions when activated. I discovered the Defrost button can be used with Toast, Bagel, Pizza, and other AirFry presets. You can use this button if you’re cooking these items frozen.
Use the Fan Speed button to adjust the fan’s speed from low to high. However, you should note that some presets have a fixed fan speed that you can’t change. On the other hand, the Oven light button helps you check your cooking progress, which means you can easily prevent your food from burning.
I found that the LCD screen of Cuisinart TOA 95 displays cooking functions, toast shade, the number of slices, temperature, cooking timer, fan speed, and defrost mode.
Lastly, I’ll give you an overview of the Function Dial and the Time/Temperature Dial.
You can scroll through the functions on the LCD screen through the Function knob. When your desired function flashes, simply push the dial’s center to confirm the selection. Plus, you can browse through the Time/Temperature knob and select the time, temperature, shade, and slice selections.
Here’s the catch:
These controls are complicated. They took me some getting used to. But once I used it 4 or 5 times, it will be a piece of cake.
Is the Cuisinart TOA 95 Easy to Clean?
Cleaning this toaster oven air fryer is a no-brainer.
The easiest way to keep your Cuisinart TOA-95 looking brand new is to wipe the outer surface with a damp cloth after every use.
I found the interior’s nonstick coating made cleanup a breeze. I could clean the interior walls with a moist cloth and mild liquid soap in a few minutes, especially if I don’t allow the appliance to sit after use.
Sadly, the oven rack and crumb tray aren’t dishwasher safe. So, be mindful that you scrub these gently and hand-wash the oven rack and crumb tray in hot, soapy water.
In any case, the good news is that the baking/drip pan and air fryer basket are dishwasher safe. So, you can just load them in the dishwasher and not worry about damaging them.
