How do you program Vitamix The Quiet One?
The Vitamix Commercial Blender only has six buttons. So you can only use six of those 34 presets at any given time. Hopefully, the new version will have digital touch controls with a more straightforward user interface.
Meanwhile, this is how you can program those buttons.
Is Vitamix Commercial Blender easy to use?
If you watched the entire video above or down below, you’d see how easy it is to use. The only tricky part is setting up button shortcuts. But, after you’ve done that, it’s like operating your good old countertop blender.
The only unique feature of the Vitamix Quiet One blender is the enclosure system. Opening and closing is a very minimal addition to the whole process.
If you need minor adjustments, you can also use the manual controls. There are two pulse buttons. The one on top has the highest RPM.
In case you’re experimenting with a new recipe, you can manually run the motor by pressing the start-stop button. Then you can increment the speed using the arrow buttons from 1% up to 100%.
Super easy, right?
Anyway, the only downside to this Vitamix Commercial Blender is that the company advises against running its parts in a dishwasher. They also have a designated list of safe cleaning products.
These precautions are geared at maximizing the life of your machine and the integrity of its parts. Though the container is dishwasher friendly, it will eventually erode the plastic components due to usage frequency.
Unfortunately, there’s no workaround to handwashing all the detachable parts.
The good news is, Vitamix has an automatic rinsing tool for blender containers. It’s faster than a dishwasher, and it’s going to save you a lot of time. You’ll learn more about it in the accessories section.
