Discontinued
In 2021, Instant Home discontinued many of its products to streamline its catalog. The Instant Ace Blender lineup was among those products removed from production.
The Instant Ace Blender series of products first hit the scene in 2019, with the Instant Ace Plus Blender coming out in 2020. Low sales led to discontinuing the product.
You can still get support for your Instant Ace Plus Blender in the form of recipes and FAQs from Instant Home, and replacement parts are still available. It is also still possible to find Instant Ace Plus Blenders new through certain Amazon sellers, and used models in good condition are available on eBay.

The Instant Ace Plus Blender is the newest addition to the brand’s blending machine catalog. Some of its notable upgrades include a touch interface and a more powerful motor.
In terms of design, it’s not that far from the original Instant Pot Ace Blender and the Instant Pot Ace Nova. The buttons and functionality is pretty much identical with a tad of improvements.
If you’re undecided between these Instant Pot cooking blenders, remember that the Ace Plus model has the upper hand.
What amazes me with the brand is how cheap their products are. It’s a decent smoothie maker that also doubles as multifunctional cookware.
Before we get into the features of this newest model of the Instant Pot Ace Plus Blender, here are a few major updates you need to know.
· The controls are now organized. All the left buttons are for cold blending, while the right selections are for hot blending.
· It features a shorter profile, which will allow you to fit it under an average kitchen cabinet.
· There’s a flame icon that tells you when you’re using a hot program. It can also be a warning, “The pitcher is hot, so be careful when handling it.”
Instant Pot Ace Plus Blender Features
The Instant Ace Plus Blender comes with a lot of great features, and I’ve used them all. It comes with everything you really need, but I’ve found use for some of the optional accessories as well.
Blending Programs for Easy Cooking
There are 4 cold blending programs and 4 hot blending programs, and you can adjust the cooking time and temperature slightly using the plus/minus buttons.
The presets make it the easiest cooking blender I’ve ever used, as long as customization isn’t necessary.
3-Speed Manual Blend with Pulse
Even though there are few customizations for the cooking functions, you do still have the manual options to use the Instant Pot Ace Plus Blender as a smoothie blender or to make cocktails. These are standard blender features that are nice to have in addition to the cold blending presets.
You can also use the manual blend in concert with the chunky soup setting, which doesn’t blend at all but only cooks. This way you can chop down some of the ingredients without making a completely smooth soup.
Self-Cleaning
While deep cleaning is sometimes necessary, the self-cleaning feature makes it easy to clean up after using the Instant Ace Plus Blender. Since none of the parts of this cooking blender can be submerged or put in the dishwasher, the self-cleaning feature is a must-have – and Instant Pot delivers.

Instant Ace Plus Technology
The built-in heating element is the most beneficial function, but that’s already obvious. So, let’s talk more about the new features.
The first innovative hallmark I noticed was the touchscreen control panel. Sure it’s not new, but at least they’re not late with the trend.
Evidently, it’s not just for looks. Having a touchscreen dashboard actually makes it a lot easier to clean. Compared to traditional buttons, you won’t have an issue of food debris getting stuck in between tiny spaces.
Here’s the best part:
The Instant Ace Plus Blender has two NEW excellent features— ”delay cooking” and “keep warm.”
If you want to postpone your hot blends, the delayed cooking really comes in handy. You can prep all the ingredients beforehand and just set the timer when you want to cook it.
By the way, make sure all of the ingredients are safe at room temperature for prolonged hours. Otherwise, it’s better to cook it right away and simply use the keep-warm function.
Here’s the kicker:
Once your hot blends are finished, they will automatically be kept warm. It will even stir the contents intermittently to make sure that it’s evenly warmed.
Naturally, you can use the keep warm manually, merely set the warming time and the temperature.
What can you make with Instant Ace Plus Blender?
The Ace Plus Blender already comes with 8 smart programs. In other words, there are already 8 recipes you can easily make with this equipment.
Better yet? Three of those have a secondary function, which means it actually has a total of 11 automatic settings (12 if you add the auto-clean). For instance, the soup function can either be chunky or smooth.
In any case, here are some recipes you can make with the Instant Pot Ace Plus Blender:
*You’d need to assist your blender with the tamper and possibly add more liquid.
Sadly, it can’t handle the kneading of doughs, unlike the Vitamix Blender or Blendtec Total. Nonetheless, for an affordable blender that can make plenty of recipes, that’s already a huge win.
Oh, and have I mentioned that the Ace Plus Blender can make chunky hot soups at 212°F (100°C), whereas the premium brands mentioned above can’t? That’s a significant advantage if you love making soups.
Anyhow, let’s move on to its usability.
Is Instant Ace Plus Blender easy to use?
I’m gonna be blunt, when you first get this blender, it will have a learning curve. The reason for that is the multiple buttons, 18 to be exact. It may take some time to get used to.
The plus side is that these programmable features remember your preferences over time, making operation effortless. I love that I can dump all of our fruits and veggies into the blender, hit the smoothie button, and go make everyone’s lunches without skipping a beat.
It is both a healthier and more delicious breakfast than cereal!
The buttons are also well-labeled, which means it won’t be that hard to learn how to use this blender. More importantly, the one-touch programs will make your blending experience easy and fun.
Just add the ingredients, tap the automatic setting, and let the blender do all the work. Plus, this will help you to effortlessly multitask in the kitchen.
Here’s more:
Apart from the one-touch programs, the programmable timer is also an excellent feature. You can even customize the texture of your recipe by utilizing the 10-speed control or adjusting the temperature!
By having so, you can whip up your own recipe beyond the Instant Ace Plus Blender presets with impeccable consistency.
One thing that makes the Instant Ace Plus Blender a bit difficult to use is the weight of the pitcher. The pitcher with built-in heating element is 6 pounds when empty. When full of hot soup, this can become quite heavy and difficult to manage. Always use oven mits in case of mishap.
Meanwhile, let’s move on to its maintenance.
The issue is cleaning. It’s not dishwasher safe, so cleanup can sometimes be annoying. But the good news? It features an auto-clean, so you only need to add the warm soapy water and let the blender clean itself.
For the motor base and outside of the pitcher, simply wipe it with a damp cloth. Oh, by the way, you can load the accessories and the lid into the dishwasher if you don’t feel like washing it manually.

Don’t take my word for it, here’s a quick video demo of the Instant Ace Plus Blender.
The Instant Ace Plus Blender is an excellent budget-friendly cooking blender. It highlights a powerful 1300-watt motor and 10-speed control for numerous recipes. For usability, it has 12 one-touch programs, a programmable timer, and adjustable temperature. With these, blending with the Ace Plus opens up so many possibilities.
Is Instant Ace Plus Blender worth it?
The Instant Pot Ace Plus Cooking Blender is, without a doubt, the best in its class. It’s a decent blending machine, and with all the extra useful features—it went beyond and above expectations. So, if you’re looking for a versatile yet affordable hot and cold blender, you can never go wrong with this one.
