Proofing and toasting are the only functions that aren’t included in the Vortex Plus 10 Quart Air Fryer Oven. Besides, proofing is more of an extra feature, so that’s not a loss per se.
You can still toast with this air fryer, albeit without a specific button. You can play with the existing programs and adjust the cooking time to achieve a similar result.
Let’s not forget the most important thing about the Instant Vortex Plus: Rotisserie.
With this, you can easily create better-flavored rotisserie chicken than store-bought ones. That’s one way to impress your guests, don’t you think?

In our opinion, it’s pretty much self-explanatory. Perhaps they just need to adjust the size of the buttons. That’s my only gripe with this machine.

These one-touch programs have preset for duration and temperature. Therefore, you don’t need to change the settings or look them up with everyday recipes. Hence, the one-touch.
Of course, you can always edit the said settings to personalize and improve your recipes.
On a slightly different note:
Cleaning is a walk in the park given that the removable accessories are dishwasher safe. Secondly, since some accessories are non-stick, even hand washing is easy-peasy. Just ensure to use soft sponges to prevent damaging the non-stick coating.
Better yet, thanks to the small size of the Instant Pot Air Fryer Oven (vs. full-sized oven), the interior can be cleaned easily. Simply wipe it off with a damp cloth and a mild dish soap.
As if that’s not enough?
You can also remove the door, albeit not dishwasher safe. Thanks to this, cleaning the door is more straightforward than most air fryer ovens. Plus, there’ll be nothing in the way when cleaning the interior.
