One of the toughest things about eating healthy is the work involved. All of the prep and clean-up involved with eating right often makes us take the easy way out and eat quicker, less healthy options. The new Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer REV0830 helps make eating healthy a little less of a hassle, providing a convenient way to juice.
One of the most innovative new juicers on the market. The Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer is the best vertical juicer of celery, carrots, and other long produce available. But its strength at juicing longer produce doesn't mean it can't juice larger produce. It comes with two chutes. The large chute is 3.46" wide, making it wide enough to juice an entire medium-sized apple.
The Bottom Line
The innovative design of the REVO830 makes it a great product for anyone who wants a hassle-free way to juice.

- Widest feed chute on market for vertical juicers
- Powerful motor
- Very efficient
- Easy to clean
- Reduced noise
- 15 year warranty
- Pricier than competing products
- Cord is rather short
- At 19 inches tall, it may be hard to fit under some cabinets
Kuvings REVO830 Add-on Accessory
The REVO830 has one add-on accessory to make your juicing efforts even better. That accessory is none other than an add-on citrus juicer.
If you love orange, grapefruit, or other citrus juices, a citrus juicer is the best way to get the most juice yield. This little add-on, only $42.00 USD as of this writing, can save you from having to buy a completely separate juicer.
Full disclosure: we didn’t test the add-on device, but the few comments we found online were positive 🙂
Capabilities
The Kuvings REVO830 Whole Slow Juicer is a very capable slow juicer.
Not only can the Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer make delicious juice, but by throwing in frozen fruits, it can render smoothies and sorbets!
Features
Kuvings Juicers are some of the more feature-rich juicers on the market. From their trademark dual chutes to their auto-cutting screw, we loved the feature set on this device!
Dual Chute Design
The dual-chute design of the REVO830 is probably by favorite feature. The larger opening is a flip chute design that is almost 3 and ½ inches wide. This is where you can insert things as large as a whole small apple.
The smaller chute is for longer, skinnier pieces of produce. Think carrots and celery.
This design makes it easy to chop multiple ingredients and the auto-cutting screw for the long ingredient chute makes juicing carrots, celery, etc. a breeze.
Unique Auto-Cutting Screw
This bladeless cutting feature uses an auto-cutting auger; or as Kuvings like to call it, a “screw.” The screw lops off chunks of produce which is then pressed by the auger to render the juice.
The vertical design takes advantage of gravity as well as the design of the auger to efficiently force produce and juice down and into the juice container.
Smart Cap
A new Smart Cap makes it easy to mix juice into the mixing bowl. Just leave the cap closed and juice carrots, ginger, and a piece of celery. The closed cap allows the juices to premix before you empty it into your cup.
Also, you can also use it to pre-rinse the device before cleaning it. Just fill with warm water, turn on, and your juicer will be much easier to clean.
Wider Pulp Outlet
The wider pulp outlet handles pulp volumes more efficiently. It also means it is much easier when it comes time for clean up.
Stronger Motor
The new, more powerful motor in the device puts it almost on par with commercial juicers. In fact, the REVO830 has up to 40% more torque and can run twice as long versus the the EVO820 model.
At 240 watts, the motor is powerful enough to juice anything you’ll want to juice!
What is the difference between the Kuvings REVO830 and the EVO820?
The REVO830 is more expensive than its EVO820 predecessor. For that higher price, you get a longer warranty and two improved chutes. The wider chute is large enough to handle an entire medium-sized apple. The smaller, auto-cutting chute is for long, narrow produce like carrots and celery. The auto-cutting chute means you can juice an entire celery stalk without chopping it into shorter pieces first.

Awards
The Kuvings REVO830 won a 2022 Kitchen Innovation Award. The award was largely based on the juicer’s innovative dual chute design.
The dual chute design allows you to feed a long piece of celery just as easily as you can an entire apple. The automatic slicing screw chops longer pieces of produce so you don’t have to. These features make it the best vertical slow juicer on the market for long produce.

Wrapping Up
Kuvings has a long history of excellence in kitchen products and the Kuvings REVO830 carries on that proud tradition. It’s a well-designed machine that maximizes juicing efficiency while taking a lot of the hassle out of the process.
FAQs
Can the Kuvings REVO830 juice celery?
Absolutely! The narrow, auto-cut chute is designed to maximize your juicing experience for long produce like celery and carrots. With it, you no longer need to trim your celery into short pieces before juicing. Just insert the entire stalk into the auto-cut chute and let the juicer go to work.
How wide is the larger chute?
The large chute is advertised as being 3 ½ inches wide. However, we measure it at a slightly narrower 3.46 inches. Still, it’s the widest chute we’ve found for a slow juicer and wide enough to juice an entire medium-sized apple without cutting it into smaller pieces.
How does the REVO830 make sorbets?
It actually does it quite well. But you have to use frozen fruits to do so. The powerful motor of the REVO830 processes frozen fruit with ease.
Where are Kuvings juicers made?
Kuvings is a South Korean company and its products are manufactured in South Korea.
If all you are doing is making juice, this is a good machine. Appears to be well constructed out of good materials.
If you want to make sorbets, etc., then it is overpriced. There are too many warnings and conditions for this machine for these extra uses. Don’t do this; don’t do that; the poor thing might seize up. To make anything but juice you have to feed small bits of your produce, one at a time. I could not even feed some peeled, cored apple into it to make an apple sauce; when I asked the mfr about this, they sternly advised me that the machine was designed for sorbets, not apple sauce. Well – what is the difference between some chunks of half frozen fruit and some pieces of peeled apple? Sounds like our Revo is all too fussy. See next para.
I have had an Omega auger-type juicer which can make great sorbets, purees, etc. without problems when you use the blank screen. Just feed your food in, and give ‘er heck. It never caused any problems with dried fruit, cooked beans, cooked rice, soaked wheat berries (to make manna bread); indeed, anything moist and relatively soft.
I would love to unload this machine.
Why do you invite comments if you don’t print them for everyone to see? Or do you want to read only positive reviews? I guess you are afraid the negative ones might be correct. I’ll try again: The revo830 makes good juice but it is grossly overpriced because the extra features (ice cream, smoothies, etc.) are too fussy and complicated, and not worth the extra hundreds of $$$ we have to pay to have them.
The single- or double-auger types of juicers are tough where the extra food-processing features are concerned. I had one, and it just wouldn’t give up. All you have to do is throw the ingredients into the chute and your puree appears shortly. No rules and regulations. It can handle anything reasonably moist.
The revo830 is a delicate flower – don’t do this; don’t do that says the manual. You might upset and damage the machine.
So, here’s to another unpublished review, I guess.
Note: This and the other negative comment are under different names and were posted using different email addresses but they are from the same IP address.
@Brooke: Yes, I am both Samia and Sonia. There was no deliberate attempt to hide anything from anyone or to engage in any deception. I have three different email addresses with two different names and I shift from one to the other without thinking.
Indeed, my 2nd review acknowledges the first. I apologize for any grief I may have caused. Thank you for printing my views. I thought I was purchasing a real workhorse and was dismayed at all the “do-this/don’t-do-that” which I encountered in the instruction booklet and especially the attitude of the mfr’s employee regarding my attempt to crush one apple into a sauce. Unfortunately I don’t think the company care very much for their customers. In Singapore Rivo 830 is launched with a downgraded motor 200W compared to 240W installed in the EVO 320. The company is promoting for the new Rivo 830 building on a more advanced powerful Motor for extra premium price and is avoiding highlighting the downgraded motor
