The company behind the Mueller Immersion Blender markets this product as European engineered. Before I reviewed a juicer from the same brand and I figured out that they are white-labeling products from Aicook.

Don’t get me wrong though, there’s nothing wrong with it. I just want to set the record straight that this product is manufactured in China.

Okay, now that’s clear, let’s proceed with the review proper.

All in all, I’m quite impressed with the Mueller Austria Immersion Blender. It is a powerful stick blender at a fraction of what leading brands offer. There’s no wonder why it’s been Amazon’s bestseller in this category.

Another cheap alternative by the way would be the Bella Immersion Blender. But, I would pick Mueller’s product at any given moment. It has a superior motor, better design, more accessories, etc. Mueller beats other cheap stick blenders in many facets.

However, it isn’t without flaws. Now, we’re going to discuss all of its pros and cons.

  • Extremely affordable
  • Comfortable grip design
  • 500-watt motor
  • 9 speeds levels
  • Turbo or pulse button
  • Comes with frother and whisk attachment
  • Detachable shaft for easy cleaning
  • Dishwasher safe
  • BPA-free(mostly stainless steel)
  • 1-year warranty

  • Not ideal for prolonged prolonged operation
  • The bell guard is a bit sharp and will scratch your pans
  • Weird whining noise
  • Hard to control

Mueller Ultra Stick Hand Blender Features

How does the Mueller Immersion Blender perform?

The Mueller Ultra Stick Hand Blender has a 500-watt motor despite being on the affordable end. Factor in the nine-speed levels, and you get yourself a versatile immersion blender that can handle a wide variety of applications.

It can help you make salsa, batters, pesto, smoothies, sauces, whip cream, etc. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Not to mention that you also have a whisk and frother attachment at your disposal.

In summary, blend quality is not an issue with the Mueller Austria Hand Blender.

However, here’s a thing. You can’t run it for more than a minute. That’s an issue with cheaper products, it tends to overheat quickly. To prevent that from happening, let it cool down for 2-3 minutes after a minute of operation.

Suppose you’re looking for a heavy-duty option. In that case, you may want to check the Vitamix Immersion Blender or any of these KitchenAid Hand Blenders.

Is Mueller Austria Hand Blender easy to use?

The Mueller Hand Blender is quite a powerful machine. You have to be careful when you engage the turbo button. I think it would be necessary to hold it with both hands should you need the maximum speed level.

If you watch the video demonstration below, you’ll see how this stick blender is getting sucked in. That has something to do with the bell design. Top brands already addressed that flaw, but you definitely won’t get it with a cheaper model.

IMHO, in terms of usability, the Mueller Austria Immersion Blender is down to 3/5.

On the bright side, switching between attachments is relatively easy. Plus, all the removable parts are dishwasher friendly.
