The Ninja QB3001SS is the base model of the Ninja Fit Single-Serve Blender product line, which includes two 16-ounce cups. That’s pretty basic, but that’s good enough for making one to two servings of smoothies.

It was launched almost half a decade ago, but it’s still on par with modern personal blenders. In fact, it’s still one of the best single-serve blenders the market offers.

If you want a newer product from the brand, you can check the Ninja Foodi Power Nutri Duo. Here is a brief comparison of these two models.

One thing that I like about the Ninja Fit is its slim figure. The 16oz is easy to grip and stays true to being a single-serve blender.

Ninja Fit Single Serve Blender Features

Powers Through Quick Smoothie Recipes

The Ninja Fit Personal Blender has the traditional push-to-pulse base that powers through many routine blends. It’s affordable and far more effective and durable than the comparable Hamilton Beach Personal Blender, even if it costs just a bit more.

It can crush ice as well as blend whole produce for extractions that keep more nutrients than juice that leaves pulp out of the mix.

Take Care with Hot or Thick Blends

A Ninja Fit Blender with two cups of berries, juice, and greens.
The thickness of the above recipes are representative of the types of smoothies this device is good at.

I have found the Ninja Fit to be great for blending baby food, but you have to cool the food before you put it into the blender.

It is essential to keep in mind that you can’t make thick blends with this personal blender. Thick smoothies and smoothie bowls are impossible with a 700 watt motor.

As for servings, it is only large enough to make one or two. It may be more difficult than its worth to make smoothies for a large family.

Here are the best features of the Ninja Fit Personal Blender:

Lightweight and Compact

The Ninja Fit is really lightweight and has a small footprint, which makes it ideal for taking with you while traveling. It weighs just over 3 pounds and only takes up 4 x 4 inches of space on your counter. This also means that you can toss the base in a tote bag and take it with you literally anywhere.

Powerful Ninja Blender, Blades and 700-Watt Motor

Don’t let the small footprint of the Ninja Fit fool you – this thing is pretty powerful. The 700-watt motor can handle dense produce, frozen fruit, and ice like a regular Ninja blender.

Push to Pulse

Someone pressing down on the Ninja Fit Blender to make it blend.
You must hold down on the cup to blend.

There aren’t any buttons on this Ninja fit blender. Just push down to pulse to the desired consistency. It does take some pressure to activate, but the average person should have no issues using this personal blender.

This blender is best for quick, routine shakes and smoothies. Because you must hold the cup down on the base to blend, avoiding thicker recipes or those with too much ice is best. Opt for a traditional Ninja blender if you want larger or thicker drinks.

What can you make with Ninja Fit Blender?

The Ninja QB3001SS is ideal for making green smoothies and protein shakes. But that’s not the whole story, as it can also help you make salad dressings, sauces, and dips.

Once you get through the 30-recipe guide, you’ll find out more interesting dishes that you can make with this 700-watt personal blender.

Alright, so here’s a partial list of what you can do with it.

Ninja Fit Blender

To make frozen desserts in the Ninja Fit Personal Blender, blend your ingredients, then set them in the freezer to set and thicken. This personal blender cannot handle thicker blends like the Ninja Nutri Power Duo.

To make nut milk in the Ninja Fit blender:

  1. Soak the nuts for at least 12-24 hours
  2. Blend
  3. Strain the liquid

The recipe guide with the blender will give you a better idea of how to make nut milk. If you want to make nut butter, use the Power Duo instead.

Also, refrain from attempting to process hot items with this product for safety reasons. If you want to make soup with it, you can use it to blend the ingredients. Then, transfer it to a pan or a pot to heat it up.

The Ninja Fit Personal Blender is also not meant for grinding dry ingredients or leafy produce. You can still add these to your wet blends or baby foods but use something other than this unit as a food processor.

Is Ninja Fit easy to use?

What’s impressive about the Ninja Fit 700 Watts is its simplicity. There are no buttons at all. It’s one of those press-and-go blenders.

To use the blender:

  1. Add your ingredients up to the fill line
  2. Secure the pro extractor blade assembly
  3. Place the cup and blade assembly onto the motor base
  4. Press and hold to blend until it reaches your desired consistency

Just press and hold! There’s no twisting involved, unlike the Nutri Ninja Pro. Pushing and releasing pressure also doubles as a pulse control. You can keep it running for about a minute or until you’re satisfied with the consistency.

Pro Tips

  1. Putting your ingredients into the blending cup in the right order is important. Dense produce and ice should be as close to the blades as possible.
  2. It is also best to dice your produce into 1-inch chunks for the smoothest blends.

Also Easy to Clean

I haven’t even mentioned that the detachable parts are dishwasher-safe, making the whole process less of a chore.

The Ninja Fit is a simple yet reliable product from the past. It has a 700-watt motor that’s excellent for basic smoothies and protein shakes. Moreover, this personal blender comes with a couple of 16 oz (473 mL) cups to bring on a run, gym, or even at work.

Ninja Fit Accessories (Replacement Parts)

When you purchase the Ninja Fit Blender, you’ll have a pair of 16-ounce Nutri Cups. It comes with a sip and seal lid for on-the-go convenience. And to get you started, the brand also included a 30-recipe cookbook.

Should you need a replacement part for your good old personal blender, you can refer to this list.

By the way, these are all BPA-free and dishwasher safe.

You wouldn’t be able to make smoothies without this all-around extractor blade. This is what makes Nutri Ninja blenders efficient at pulverizing ingredients despite their compact size.

If you need a replacement part, check out the link above. Getting it from a third party is way cheaper.

If your Ninja Fit cup is missing or perhaps it broke for some reason, you can get this third party replacement accessory. What I like about this 16-ounce container is its slim profile. It’s easy to grip and makes just the right amount of smoothie or protein shake.

Is Ninja Fit worth it?

Despite having been around for quite a while, the Ninja Fit is a powerful contender in the personal blender market. Its 700-watt motor is enough for your daily nutrient-dense smoothie or protein shake… as long as you don’t make anything too thick.
