While I love being in my kitchen, there are some days when I need to take some shortcuts. Whether I’m busy or just have other things I’d rather be doing, it’s nice to have the option to finish dinner in under 30 minutes.
I was very excited when I heard about Ninja’s new Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer and its promise of easy 15-minute meals. A full, hot meal in that amount of time isn’t usually possible unless you reach for something precooked and full of preservatives in the freezer section of your grocery store. Therefore, I knew I had to do a Ninja Speedi Review the first chance I got!
Does this small kitchen appliance live up to its name? Is it any better than an air fryer we all know and love?

And if you are a meal-prepper, it can speed up that process. However, it can only hold up to 4 servings at a time, and its large size and weight may be inconvenient for some users.

What Can I Cook with the Ninja Speedi™ Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer?
I love that the Ninja Speedi™ Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer has a 12-in-1 function. With this one appliance, I can cook almost anything I would want for a regular week.
The 12 modes are Speedi Meals, Steam & Crisp, Steam & Bake, Steam, Proof in Rapid Cooker, Air Fry, Bake/Roast, Air Broil, Dehydrate, Sear & Saute, Slow Cook, and Sous Vide.
I would use this multiple times a week to feed my family because of all the food I can cook.
Is the Ninja Speedi™ Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer Easy to Use?
Yes! The Ninja Speedi™ Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer is incredibly easy to use.
Ninja includes a quick start guide as well as a full webpage option where you can build a custom recipe and know exactly what your measurements need to be and how long to cook it.
The controls are intuitive and easy to understand, making the learning curve small to non-existent.
With how quickly the Ninja Speedi™ Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer cooks a meal and how easy it is to use, it can easily become part of your weekly meal prep routine.
Warning
The crisper tray gets super hot during cooking and has a tiny handle – making it difficult to get to the food on the bottom. Using a set of tongs makes this easier but this is a design feature that could be improved. Be careful or you might burn yourself!
How to Clean the Ninja Speedi™ Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer?
The non-stick pot and crisper tray are dishwasher safe, making cleanup easy. Put these two parts in the dishwasher, wipe the appliance down, and I’m finished cleaning up the appliance.

Is the Ninja Speedi™ Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer Worth Buying?
Overall, the Ninja Speedi™ is a wonderful appliance and will make a great addition to most kitchens. I love that it combines multiple cooking features into one appliance and makes one-pot meals super easy.
As long as you only need to cook 1-4 servings at a time, it’s a great buy. Even more so when you can find it on sale! However, if you have a larger family and need to cook more than four servings at a time, it might not be the right choice for you.
Overall, I was impressed with how quick meal prep can be with the Ninja Speedi™ Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer. I can see this in regular use for multiple meals throughout the week, making meal prep a lot easier!
