This is an awesome juicer. I am very happy with my purchase. It allows for pasta making and ice cream making, both which I’ve not done. But I love how I can juice anything and it comes out great. I’m a newbie. I have never been a huge juicer. The concept was nice, and it seemed like a cool thing to do, but it seemed expensive and time consuming. Then my wife became ill. Juicing is one of the few ways we can actually absorb the nutrients she needs. We bought a less expensive centrifugal juicer and it OK. It makes juice. It also makes a huge mess, it’s big, it’s loud and there was a lot of pulp and foam. This juicer leaves very little pulp, extracts a larger quantity of juice with much less foam. This is my first masticating slow juicer and I am not sure what to expect but as far as I can tell it is doing exactly what it is supposed to do. So far I have juiced carrots, cucumbers, kale, ginger, apples and celery. The juicer is very easy to set up and take apart for cleaning, does not take a lot of time. It juices the leafy kale very nicely with dry pulp. It is also very quiet compared to my Juice man juicer which I have had for years. In the early morning that is a good thing when everyone else is sleep. Yep I like it and would buy it again. - W. Soule
