This juice maker weighs approximately 15 pounds, comes with a handle, and is extremely sturdy. The juicing screen is stainless steel. It operates quietly and uses 160 watts of power with its one-third horsepower, single-phase induction motor.

Is the Samson 6-in-1 Juice Extractor easy to use?

This juicing machine is easy to assemble, operate, and disassemble. Once you have put it together a few times, it becomes routine and takes less than a minute to quickly snap all of the parts together. The feed chute is only 1.5 inches in diameter.

Therefore, you will need to prepare all of your produce by cutting them into appropriately sized pieces. Preparation takes about five to ten minutes, but if completed at one time, it significantly cuts down on juicing time.

After you begin juicing, do not put too much down the chute. Otherwise, the auger will become overloaded and will stop rotating. If this happens, turn the juicer off, and reverse it several times until it becomes unclogged with your produce.

Also, rotate your hard produce with softer produce as you push them. You will need to place some pressure on the food with the pusher to help it feed into the auger properly.

Is Samson 6-in-1 Juice Extractor easy to clean?

The Samson juice press must be cleaned appropriately to prevent build-up in the screen. The parts of this juicer are top rack dishwasher safe, saving you time in the morning. Wash them on the low-temperature setting.

Skip the high heat drying cycle as this may warp the plastic parts. Otherwise, it is highly recommended that you wash the parts by hand, and drying them by hand or allowing them to air-dry.

If you prefer to hand wash your parts, but do not have time in the morning, then at least rinse the parts off and remove the pulp from the screen. If you find the pulp has dried on the screen, allow it to soak in warm or hot, soapy water for several minutes to loosen the hardened particles prior to scrubbing with the cleaning brush.

Juice Quality

This slow juicer effectively extracts the maximum yield of juice, preserving a high amount of nutrients and enzymes from your vegetables and fruits. The pulp comes out nice and dry, meaning it is very effective at extracting high levels of juice from the produce.

The process utilized by the Samson 6-in-1 multipurpose juicer crushes and breaks up the pulp, then presses it against the juicing screen to extract as much juice from the pulp as possible.

As a result of the slow juicing process, less oxidation is introduced into the juice.

You can store your juice for up to 72 hours in the refrigerator without worrying that it will degrade rapidly. However, it is better to drink it right after juicing to absorb the full amount of nutrients the juice has to offer.

Additionally, use a tightly sealed, glass container to store the juice. A masticating juicer will always extract healthier and tastier juice than a centrifugal juicer.

What kinds of produce can Samson Juicer process?

This cold press juicer can process all kinds of produce such as soft fruits, hard veggies, citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables, soybeans and almond nuts.

Hard produce includes cilantro, asparagus, watermelon, carrots, ginger, sweet potato, broccoli, pumpkin, pepper, garlic, yakon, pear, pineapple, cauliflower, turmeric, cucumber, coconut, fennel, bitter gourd, celery, apple and beets.

Soft fruits such as grapes, avocado, papaya, kiwifruit, pomegranate, tomato, cranberries, blackberry, melon, strawberry, peach, and mango can be turned into a puree using the low-pressure setting.

Leafy greens include lettuce, beet greens, cabbage, brussels sprout, spring onion, wheatgrass, peppermint, collard greens, kale, spinach, pine tree needles, romaine lettuce, dandelion greens, basil, moringa and parsley.

Citrus fruits like orange, lemon, mandarin, tangerine, lime and grapefruit.

You can also make soy and almond milk provided that you soak your nuts or beans overnight.

Mincing Seasoning

Making Ice Cream

Choose fresh fruits, cut them into pieces and store them in the refrigerator. Then make a sorbet or fruit shake by adding yogurt, some milk and sugar to your heart’s content.

Grinding Coffee Beans

You can grind coffee beans (5 to 6 pieces at a time) using the mincing cone and the mincing nozzle. Some coffee beans (especially gourmet coffees) have higher oil content, this has to be dried overnight for easier processing.

Making Noodles, Pasta, & Bread Sticks

All the nozzles and mincing cone can be used to make pasta of varying shapes and sizes, you can choose between a flat or a round noodle.

Nozzles with a larger opening can be used to form breadsticks. The bad news is you still have to prepare your dough.

Making Rice Cake

You can make glutinous rice cake, cakes made of artemisia paste, and stir-fried rice cake by grinding cooked rice at home. Add grounded beans and rice powder to add variety to it and I’m quite sure kids will enjoy these glutinous treat.
