Vitamix Ascent Series A2300 Features
What can you make with Vitamix A2300?
Cheapest doesn’t mean the most minor quality. In fact, the blend qualities of its siblings are remarkably similar. Some of them simply have more features than others.
As a preview, here are SOME kinds of stuff you can make with Vitamix A2300:
*This will work best with the Dry Grains attachment.
Here’s the kicker:
That list is just the tip of the iceberg. This blender is exceptionally versatile, so it can do so much more. Especially with the added technology and extra accessories? You’re in for a treat!
Is Vitamix A2300 easy to use?
Vitamix blenders have always been easy to use. Truth be told, this is one factor for an excellent blender—the simpler the controls, the better the product.
The next best thing?
It’s a breeze to clean! You can even use the machine itself to clean it. Of course, if there’s a crazy mess outside the jar, you might have to do some scrubbing…NOT!
How so? Well, the Vitamix A2300 is dishwasher safe. Let your dishwasher do the dirty work, and simply enjoy your smoothie.
Naturally, you still have to wipe the motor base with a damp cloth, which is relatively easy.
The most crucial feature to talk about is the digital timer. With all the technological features, this is the most helpful. If you’ve spent a lot of time in the kitchen, you do know that “time” is so vital with most recipes.
So, suppose you are a multitasker in the kitchen, have a busy life, or have kids. In that case, the Vitamix A2300’s timer will prove to be incredibly useful to you.
Unlike the A3300 and A3500, the timer isn’t programmable as it only counts up. It is still beneficial, though, because you can tell how long you’ve been blending. Thanks to self-detect technology, it will automatically stop after reaching the maximum blend time (based on the container).
Let me tell you a secret:
You can actually tap to the A2500’s almost full capabilities with just the Vitamix A2300. Just “almost” because there are still features that are only exclusive to the A2500. How, exactly? Using the Perfect Blend App.
Whether or not your blender has presets, you can have 17 pre-programmed settings thanks to their app. Pretty neat, right? On the flip side, connecting to the app takes longer than just turning the dial (A2500) or tapping the preset recipe (A3500).
As a bonus?
The Ascent series blenders are quiet machines. It’s still loud, but it’s definitely the least noisy if you compare it with other high-performance blenders.

Don’t take my word for it, watch this video:
The Vitamix A2300 is the cheapest of all the Ascent Series blenders. It features a combination of traditional design and smart technology. For instance, it highlights a more conventional 10-speed dial, a pulse switch, and a start/stop switch. Then, there’s modern wireless connectivity that enables 17 walkaway blend settings for maximum convenience.
Vitamix A2300 Accessories
This is how you can get the most out of your Vitamix A2300. With the self-detect technology, you don’t have to worry about too much power for a small container. It will automatically detect the container and set the maximum blend time.
All these containers are dishwasher safe and BPA-free.
