Juicingjournal.com may share user generated content in the form of photos, videos and recipes in any of our pages primarily to share information to the general public. Please refer to the following copyright infringement terms if you feel that we violated your copyrighted material.
Photos
Any picture that you see in juicingjournal.com are hosted in our WordPress directory and may or may not be served by our CDN (Content Delivery Network) provider which is Cloudflare. We do this to increase the site’s load speed and to improve user experience overall. Some of the images we use are under the creative commons license, and we strive very hard to properly attribute the rightful owner as much as possible. You can either request a full take down or request an attribution to your photo.
Videos
Videos embedded in any of the pages here in juicingjournal.com are hosted by third party services such as Youtube, Vimeo, Wistia, and so on. Upon request we can take down the embedded video in our pages which may violate your copyright. However, we don’t have control over the videos hosted by third party services. Please refer to their respective DMCA policy to file a take down notice.
Recipes
Soon juicingjournal.com will curate juicing recipes and there’s a chance that we’ll feature one of your creation. We will properly attribute the content to you but please note that ingredients can’t be copyrighted, only the manner the recipe has been written.
By virtue of fair use, we will post any photo, video or recipe to provide information to the general public. If you think your content has not been properly attributed or you may want to file a a complaint please provide us the following, otherwise we will not honor your request.
- Your name
- The permalink to your content (photo/video/recipe)
- Link to the the page in juicingjournal.com containing your copyrighted material
- Any identification information that could prove that you are the owner of photo, video, or recipe
