This commercial juicer is uniquely designed and it features a chute that is centered over the shredding disc which is called as the direct central feed system that helps in maximum juice extraction. It has two speeds, high (13,000 RPM) and low (6,500 RPM), which allows you to adjust for the type of produce you need to juice. It also has a 3 inch wide feed chute that allows you to juice whole fruit or vegetables without the hassle of preparing, slicing and cutting before juicing.

Centrifugal juicers (a.ka. high-speed juicer, fast juicer) are more common and more affordable, and usually have an upright or vertical design to help you save space in your kitchen. Similar to a grinder, centrifugal juicers are equipped with a rapidly spinning cutting disc with sharp blade and teeth. This technology allows it to juice fruit and vegetables in no time.
Most centrifugal juicers have two speeds so you can choose to use low speed for soft fruits and a high speed for harder fruits and vegetables. It work best with soft and hard fruits and vegetables, but not quite as well with leafy greens like kale or spinach, or with wheatgrass.

We want to juice quickly and get on with our day. I’m not a vegan, I’m not a juicing purist, or is interested in the centrifugal vs masticating debate. I just want to increase my health by drinking one big glass of fresh juice and get on with my life. I’ve owned other juicers, but this one is a monster. At high speed, it’s loud no doubt, but it’s power is without equal. I make a monster glass of juice (close to a quart) with 7 fruits and vegetables. It rips through all of them as if it were a joke. All the vegetables take about a minute, then I’m done. Now cleaning does take much longer than juicing, but the machine is made so well, that it’s incredibly easy. It also works out perfect for me, because while I’m slowly consuming my juice, I wash out the parts by hand. You may think this machine is a lot of money, but if you want to have a juicer with real speed and a strong motor, this is the way to go. Not only that, but it’s very attractive to look at as well. I just bought this juicer from Amazon and I can make a liter of juice in about a minute. The large chute means I can toss everything in whole and with the 1000 Watt motor this can juice a bag of carrots, several apples and an entire stalk of lettuce put in whole in seconds with the shredder spinning at 13,000 rpm. I bought this for home and it would be fantastic for a health food restaurant of juice bar. For the fantastic quality and rugged construction you are get far more for your money than any other juicer on the market. It’s worth a lot more than I paid for it and this juicer deserves more than 5 stars (far far superior to my top of the line all stainless ACME juicer). My wife and I have owned and used just about every juicer on the market in the last 15 years, including a $1200 commercial juicer. There is no comparison between those juicers and the Breville 800, it is absolutely the best juicer we have ever used, produces incredible juice in seconds, easy to clean, quiet for a juicer, and the quality of construction and materials is excellent.
