However, the crisper tray only fits ~5 servings for specific recipes. It’s still substantial but certainly nowhere near “26 quarts.”

Don’t get me wrong, a dial is fantastic for adjusting numerical values. But in this case, it’s counterproductive.

Regardless, that’s only a minor drawback. After a couple uses, you won’t even trouble yourself about it.

How to clean Emeril Lagasse French Door 26-Qt. Air Fryer 360?

The best part is that the accessories can be cleaned through a dishwasher! As a result, your post-cleanup will be a breeze!

And since there’s a drip tray, you don’t have to worry about manually scrubbing the bottom part of the machine. The drip tray will catch any food residue, which is, again, dishwasher safe!

As for the unit itself, after cooling it down, simply wipe it with a damp cloth and you’re done!
